Although the beginning of a new year brings many resolutions, I plan to listen.  Listen to my kids, listen to my customers, listen to...  Just fill in the blank.  If you noticed, I didn't say how to listen, just listen.  Sounds easy...it's not as easy as you think.  Happy New Y(ear)!

White Christmas It Will Be

Well the snow is falling heavy for the second straight day.  After the weekend storms, we should have about 2 feet on the ground.  Nothing better than a White Christmas.  I can hear Bing now.  I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all.

Good thing for the Fire

It was cold outside last night but we were toasty in the teepee.  Everyone bailed for the night except for me and my sister.  When we awoke, there was a light snow coming down.  I went in to the Inn to make some coffee and on my return, my sister and I chatted about our lives and how lucky and thankful we both were.
